Author of The Place Setting, a three-volume book series on the foodways of Appalachia, and the editor of Cornbread Nation 5
Shaun Chavis and Jason Horn
Co Founders of the successful FoodBlog South conference in Birmingham, AL, Chavis works as Foods Editor at Oxmoor House and created the Birmingham’s Best Home Cooks blog. Horn is a food writer and author of The Messy Epicure blog
Nathalie Dupree and Cynthia Graubart
Nathalie has written or coauthored numerous cookbooks, including two James Beard Award-winning titles. Her latest book is Southern Biscuits. Dupree holds an Advanced Certificate from the Cordon Bleu and has written extensively for magazines and newspapers. She lives in Charleston, South Carolina.
Cynthia is the co-author of Southern Biscuits and former television producer of “New Southern Cooking with Nathalie Dupree.” She is also the author of The One- Armed Cook, called the culinary version of What to Expect When You’re Expecting. Graubart lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
