Biscuit Bazaar Participation
Biscuit Bazaar is the vendor area for the International Biscuit Festival, to be held Memorial Day Weekend. The Biscuit Bazaar will be open from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday, May 19th, 2012. The Bazaar gives our guests the opportunity to browse and purchase Biscuit compatible products from some of the finest companies in the region.
For your establishment, participation in Biscuit Bazaar provides excellent exposure for your products and your business in a fun, family friendly environment. The 2011 Festival drew over 15,000 guests from across the region, and the 2012 event is expected to attract more than 20,000 guests to the Market Square District in downtown Knoxville.
A limited number of booth spaces are available. Vendors will be selected by the Festival staff based upon the applications received. Selection criteria include product compatibility with the Biscuit Festival, uniqueness, product quality.
The deadline for applications is May 1st, 2012. Accepted vendors will be notified within one week of receipt of the application. Booth fees will be due prior to May 16th, 2011.
Participating vendors are provided a 10’ x 10’ booth space with 1’ x 6’ signage, erected tent, two 8-foot tables and two chairs. Participants are encouraged to decorate the interior of their booth to best display their brand. Electric power will be available if requested in advance.
Participants will need to be set up and ready for guests by 8:30 am. Break down will not begin until 5:00 pm.
